It also appears that in the last 24 hours, his plans to sell Port Vale have fallen through.
If he does manage to take over Liberty Way, I wonder if he plans to develop the ground.

Last month, Port Vale applied for planning permission for apartments in the corner of the Lorne Street and Hamil Road stands.
The apartments would be part of a new building which will also house groundsman's accommodation at pitch level, a new control room and first aid provision on the ground floor and then three further floors of flats.
