It undoubtedly needs a lot of consideration moving forward, which could take some time, but hopefully the Co-Op are able to eventually provide some answers for the supporters.

How much interest is there from supporters to start again? Would the council approve planning permission to build another football ground? Is a groundshare agreement a viable option to continue playing in lower leagues while building a new ground?

I strongly believe any lower league club needs to own their ground.
