Chester City Supporters Society Ltd., are a Community Benefit Society operating under the name of Chester Football Club & are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

They are a fan-owned club & have no major shareholders.

Being a Regulated Society, that is in accordance with Option 5 of the FA's guidance on Club Structure.
