Tonights Performance

Well i dont think we can take any positives out of todays game . What absolute rubbish. The team look like a relegation threatned side ! No confidence,no team togetherness, and I wont sit here and single out players however at least four of the players who started tonight would be getting released if i was in charge .

I thought the days of playing like we did under he who shall not be named had gone . How wrong was i !!!!!

Last nights performance was poor. There is a complete lack of confidence in the team. However, whilst most people, including players, respond to criticism by rolling up their sleeves and have an "I'll show them" attitude; there are two players on show last night who need an arm around the shoulders, congratulating on trying to do the right things even if they don't come off, being in the right place at the right time etc. etc. When their confidence returns the team will start firing on all cylinders again.

Joint criticism of the team at this time will make Farnborough on December 29 a delegation six pointer rather than trying to move up the table with our games in hand. Let's keep behind the side and let the good times roll.again
