Ashford Town had a bigger attendance on Saturday. Is this the sign of things to come?

I notice their previous Saturday home game there was only 127 there so I can only imagine Barton Rovers brought quite a good away following? Unfortunately Met Police do not offer a large away support

Barton`s home average so far this season is 97; Perhaps Ashford were offering free beer !

Not free beer, but a special Ashford Town Juniors event day which helped swell the crowd with family and friends. There was also an event to commemorate the launch of a book chronicling the club's history and one of the guests of honour was Graham Atkin, whose 1965/66 record of 8 goals in a match has never been broken. The reason I mention this is that, as well as being on QPR's books, I believe Graham also turned out for the Swans back in the days of Dick Watmore and George Talbot etc.
