Anyone else feeling totally frustrated and confused as to how he managed to score a hat trick on his debut for Bishops Stortford against Havant and Waterloovillle on Saturday??? Is this the same player who was so shockingly poor for us last year that he didn't even score three league goals in a whole season let alone one game! Lost for words....

Yep we were let down by several players last season who just weren't up for it. Buchanan was one of them, Jerel Ifil, Louis T, Max to an extent all could have given more effort. At the moment our new players haven't been tested when the going gets tough so let's hope there's more steel to them although I think the leadership from Fozzy and Graham will ensure they give it everything

Agreed, we were totally let down... the players then had the cheek to bugger off and try to "prove" themselves at the same level.
Have to say with Elliot I do think he was played out of position for us, we played him just behind the strikers as an attacking midfielder, based on Saturdays evidence he probably prefers being a striker!
