I've challenged him on something before. I found him professional, sympathetic and human which, although I lost the argument, was refreshing as I hadn't had that from anyone senior at the club before.

There are some things that I didn't/ don't like and don't agree with (the residents letter/ the badge change design/ the £99 promise) but as I've said, he's human and we all make errors at times. I certainly don't see him as arrogant.

But yes it is all about opinions, which although it's hard for some people to understand, we are all entitled to an opinion (and there is a difference between fact and opinion).
