So yesterday’s EFL owners meeting takes us a step closer to voiding the season as the only reasonable option with the other being completed as stands which is open to litigation.

As I see it, completing the season was all about INTEGRITY so that Liverpool could win the premier league on the pitch.

It is highly unlikely that the season will resume behind closed doors in June, so if clubs like ours release 20+ players and replace them with a different squad to complete the season then integrity will be non existent. I think most clubs would fit in to this or a similar scenario.

So if the league is not started by June it should be voided to give clarity to owners so they can plan for the following season whenever that may be.
