provided we have assurances that the National League will start season 2020/21 (i.e. the relegated Club in League Two has somewhere to play).

This bit will save us.

Given we need a firm decision in weeks and the National League can ONLY restart with fans at matches, there is zero chance that the National League can give an assurance that matches will start in August.

This will be our get out jail card. This line has been included in the statement for a reason.

I'd put money on no relegation.
