The more this comes out the harder the EFL, FA, National League seem to want to make it. When in reality the best result is almost the simplest. So use the vote to agree to curtain-tail the season and PPG to finish the with a result with promotion and relegation in tact keeping what integrity is left but as no more games can be played the the season is "Finished" the playoffs do not take place leaving automatic promotion and relegation in play only.

So that would mean,

Northern League - Barrow Promoted
League 2 - None relegated, Crewe, Swindon & Plymouth Promoted
League 1 - Coventry & Rotherham Promoted, Southend & Bolton relegated. Bury obviously already gone
Championship\Prem can then use the endless pots of Money to sort out in July with only 2 relegated to League 1

No-one can argue that Bolton\Southend would have a realistic chance of survival, Barrow get the place in the league, season is stopped so play offs cant take place, so the legal arguments start to go out the window. No one is punished without the chance to save themselves, ie us, Tranmere, Macclesfield etc all clubs then know where they stand now and can plan for next year and financially save themselves\budget.

Granted Exeter, Oxford, Portsmouth, Fleetwood may feel hard done by but no more heartbreaking than lossing a play off final or missing out on the final day which would happen to some of them anyway.
