EFL could resume behind closed doors - albeit with clubs around 50% down in income. All EFL clubs get solidarity funding from TV money so IF clubs can actually balance their books it can continue. Those that cant or wont probably wont survive anyway, particularly those who are already well over budget, in significant debt and have players contracted for next season and beyond on stupid money (unless Prem gives into pressure for yet another bail out - I suspect they will).

NL has no chance of starting behind closed doors. No payments other than £85k or so from the BT tv deal.
