I'm not opposed to it, but want to see some clearer guidance.

E.g. what happens in mass dissent, players surrounding the ref etc. If a team gets say, a red card and 3 players with blue cards, can the match carry on?

Lots of questions at the moment, but I think it would be enough of a deterrent to improve the game.
