Some example for clarity:

Calling a player shit because he missed 2 chances is a valid opinion. Commenting on their ability or their performance is an opinion about how they've played. That's what fans do.

Calling someone a spastic because they miss a penalty is unnecessarily vulgar and not a valid opinion, as the teo are not connected. It's personal abuse for no reason.

Calling someone an idiot because they've punched the ref in the 89th minute is fine because would be an opinion based on their actions and lack of intelligence.

Calling someone a paedophile because they made a mistake at the back and conceded a goal is again not appropriate.

It's mainly common sense.
