How is the wonderous partnership of Byrom and Timlin getting on today? Being given the run around again?

Wholly unacceptable performance today. Across the board. Not the slightest hint of any tempo, they all just strolled around and stood five yards off every FGR player all game long, giving them so much time and space to knock it around. They will probably not have an easier match all season, we hardly put a single proper tackle in. So slow, so easy. The Number of people who walked out long before FT and the reaction at FT said it all.

But Dino seems happy with the total lack of intensity for some reason. I guess we are still recovering from our coach trip to Morecambe. Takes a lot out of our delicate flowers, all that sitting down. Poor bastards.

We are going to need a big response in performance level next week.

Terrible as usual. Timlin gave away the free kick which they scored from when our players forgot they were playing a football match.

Timlin and Byrom then stood and watched a ball go over Timlin' s head for the second goal.

Both were always 30 yards behind any rare attack we had. Then when they eventually get up the right end, we lose possession and they have to chase back 50 yards as FGR counter.

Makasi did one promising run on the right which showed everything you want from a central midfielder alongside one of Byrom or Timlin. Carry the ball from deep right to the opposition box.

Playing Ball and Revell up front and then not crossing the ball or using their height was stupid. Playing to feet and tippy tappy shit to two big target men seemed strange. Then when Ball goes off we decide to do some crosses, most of which were absolutely terrible anyway.

The whole tempo was that of a friendly. We were allowed loads of possession just passing sideways until someone gave it away or kicked it out.

Reid was a breath of fresh air. Pace and movement. Shame his rustiness meant he failed to convert a one on one just before they got their second.

Very dull and poor today.

Good summary. My day was only brightened by Newport's draw at Middlesbrough.

You clearly don't go to many games do you.

We pass it around for ever and a day but only Kenners is wanting to move and show for an attacking ball. Makasi has had a stinker.

For what it's worth, we don't need both Joel and Timlin playing second half. Both teams are lacking urgency and we need more creativity.

Ah for some reason I thought Newton was playing up top with Revell. Makes more sense now!

Well in your defence he hasn't played him at all. Last 3 he's been up top. He probably played 45 mins there since then.

He's been a disappointment for me since the autumn

He’s playing in the wrong position!

Ball off, Reid on.
Timlin or Joel off, snoopy on, get some width and Moses into the middle.

We are dire. Clueless. Is kennedy being paid to keep kicking the ball into touch? Midfield sliced open time and time again.up front completely toothless

I think we have been poor for most of the season, the same lessons not being learnt.
