Tranmere prediction

a point would be handy, a win would create a gap for the play-offs.

a long old day today so a 2-1 win would make the coach trip worth while.

Seriously windy up here, my fence just blew down. Could ruin the game a bit although Tranmere's big stands could offer some protection.

It is rather windy but the ground is qute big so enclosed. Goal kicks may be affected but I don't think it'll have a massive impact.

3-2 Tranmere.

Awful half. Shocking ref, shocking tactics.

Conceded a goal from a corner because we brought every one back again.

Not because we brought everyone back, but because we failed to clear it and gave the ball back to them out wide. When we hoofed it forward and cleared it properly there wasn't a problem.

But even then it comes straight back into our area as we have no outlet and the box is ridiculously crowded.

The holding hands thing today was also one of the most stupid ideas I have ever seen on a football field.

Isn't that to work out spacing and stop players getting in between them? They let go before the ball comes in don't they? Not fussed by that sort of stuff.

You see players 'touch' usually when marking in that style to gauge distance, but they were still holding hands when the ball came into the box. The ball bypassed them all and Tranmere nearly scored at the back post. Very strange in my opinion.
