I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like

It's got a basket, a bell that rings
And things to make it look good
I'd give it to you if I could, but I borrowed it.

That said, is there anywhere I can safely leave it at The Lamex on a match day?

Thanks in advance.

Always chained mine up under the East Terrace. A few biles were usually under there on match days.

There's a cycle rack about 10 minutes walk down the A602 at the SFC Academy pitches at Shephalbury, I've used those before.

I've locked my bike on Roaring Meg once and it was stolen (in broad daylight at around 3pm on a Sunday) so I wouldn't recommend that! There are multiple lock-up points there though, some may be safer than others. I used the ones just behind The Harvester.

You might as well walk from home if you're parking your bike that far down the A602.

Forest Green Rangers fans get into games for free if they cycle. The chairman does like to wank over the saddles though.

I think I just chained mine up to the railings along the cycle path on Broadhall Way, but it was ~10 years old and not worth nicking.

Just bring it on the East with you, I'm sure nobody will mind.

I'd be surprised if the Highways Authority didn't ask for a condition to be imposed on the planning permission for the new stand asking for cycle storage to be provided somewhere at the stadium. Then again....

By the way, as we're on the subject of early PF, I once won the fantasy football league at work with the team name of Interstellar Overmars, which remains the greatest fantasy football team name in history.

Agh, the mighty words of the incomparable Mr Barrett. Listened to Dominoes yesterday, a brilliant piece of work if a bit rough round the edges.

It's a bit of a distance, but I'd always leave it in B&Q's cycle racks, as they're undercover and better covered by CCTV - especially for evening games. It was handier for me, cycling back to Fisher's Green at the time.

I'm pretty sure there are racks outside Debenham's now.

Suspect your best bet may be the bicycle racks outside Wren Kitchens at Roaring Meg retail park.

Could you chain it up to one of the beams behind the East Terrace?
