You try your best to bump up the crowd's and have really done so much for the club since you took over as chairman and I have the most utter respect for you,but please for fuck sake Wallace hurry up and bring in an experienced manager, ideally someone who has bought a lot of success to the club before in the past, because after everything you've done to help get the club in the football league after a very long painful wait will just all go out the window because at this rate we are just going to get relegated.

You do know it's possible to appoint a decent manager and still not end up like Bury or Bolton right?

Surely we don't have to make a choice here or am I missing something?

It was more a response to criticism of the chairman. Apologies, I thought the point was obvious. But yes, in an ideal world we'd appoint a good manager, probably goes without saying.

I can understand the annoyance, but I don't think it's particularly all down to Wallace? He has done a lot of massive things for our football club, I could list quite a few things but won't. The only thing I disagreed with Wallace about was putting Sherringham, Sarll, Dino and Smith in charge.

Not much they can do with these useless cunts.

We need to get some wingers in.

Kennedy is fucking useless, as is Husin.

Newton isn’t a winger. List isn’t a striker.

Bringing on two OAPs to refresh the team. Great.

We don't have wingers especially without Sonupe, so we need to play 3 at the back and use Wildin and Denton as wingers/wing backs.

Then we can have an experience midfield 3 of Byrom Soares and Parrett

And play two up front not 5.

The last part I disagree with. They look interested/bothered, just not good enough/being played out of position.

I hope Sampson figures this out quickly. I really want him to do better, but the fact that he kept the team the same from Saturday is a bit worrying to me. Although I guess sometimes a bit of consistency doesn't hurt.

That the fast, mobile player is there to disrupt the defender and force him into a sub-par header, without every actually winning any headers himself. The header from the defender falls into the pocket where our second striker or attacking midfielder picks it up.

The issue is more to do with our execution rather than the actual theory/tactic.

Small bloke up against two big blokes? Did it work yesterday? Even if it did once or twice the odds are always going to be stacked in favour of the TWO and TALLER defenders.

So we sack yet another manager, another comes in, loses two games then what? Don’t forget the manager whoever he is will have to work with the same players. What decent manager will want this job anyway? Only one that is out of work...and that tells you all you want to know about his ability!

This isn't just a bit of bad luck. We can't risk an inexperienced manager in our position.

Grow up. Pep would struggle to work with that midfield of ours! We're lacking so much creativity in the middle of the park it's painful.

Norr is crap. Carter is out of position and should be further forward.

We miss Soares and Byrom. They can control a midfield. I'd say we miss Parrett too but will we ever see him?

Nugent is a massive miss. They wouldn't have scored with him on the pitch tonight. I heard rumours he's back Saturday.. please!!
