Sports Psychologists

Do you think we use these? For a team in our situation, seemingly underperforming and struggling to win, I wouldn't write off trying something like this.

Whilst ability is important, being in the right frame of mind to maximise your performance.

Waste of time mumbo jumbo or worthwhile exercise?

Think there's something in it. Pretty much what Klop does at Liverpool, fills them with confidence and self belief. Worth a go in a situation like ours.

If you have time it’s worth listening to Boromat’s latest podcast. His interview with MS and Revell is quite revealing on this subject. I think all will agree MS already works with this psychology. All the best managers, not only in football, work on making people feel good in themselves to get the best out of them. Seriously, it so enlightening.
