https://www.stevenagefc.com/news/2019/october/stevenage-challenge-burger-king-sky-bet-league-two-efl-thursday-17th-october-2019/

I've read the article and visited the Stevenage Challenge site, can anyone tell me what this is all about in simple terms? Is it some sort of video game?

Thanks

Yes.

We could hire and ex Premiership star and International player with no managerial experience as our new manager to lure people into the stadium with his celebrity presence.

Pipe down Grandad and enjoy the ride. Long gone are the days of 1 man and his dog in the away end.

This is marketing genius. Fifa is massive, people like free food.

Looks to me as if you have to record yourself scoring different types of goals while wearing a Boro kit to get free Burger King food.

I've now seen examples online, you have to play computer games and select Stevenage as your team then score a goal on that in your Stevenage kit.

I like that people in China, USA and Europe will now all be playing as the mighty Stevenage to get free burgers.

We are massive now.

It's a good think for the club for sure. I picked The Red Wings on my first ever NHL game and I've been following their results for the last 20 years as a result. Even if it generates only a smattering of fans about the world it's a positive. Nice innovative promotion, good job folks!

But unless I’ve got this wrong, shirley it’s cheaper to just buy the Whopper.
