Bit weird how it hasn’t been mentioned on the clubs Twitter or Facebook etc.

Could be just what he needs. Big month for his career, he’s played 34 games for the first team here and now he’s two levels below. Not good enough for League Two yet, still young though.

Wonder what position he is playing for them.

He has been very anonymous when playing CM for us, but has impressed me each time I have seen him at CB, albeit against weaker opposition.

Agreed. Seems somewhat strange that he can play well in defence yet looks unable/unwilling to do the physical side of things in the middle of the park. He seems technically competent to me, if he can add the physical side to his game he could still have a role to play here. I’d say he’s too small to be a centre back long term but a spell playing there against men could be just what he needs to toughen him up.

We watch one of his games carefully and tbf he seemed to be doing a shadowing role blocking the opposition's midfield from delivering a through pass rather than committing to a tackle and getting beaten. So he may have been on instruction from the managers. A break from the relegation battle will do his development no harm and still thinks he has a future with us.
