Super Computer Predictor

By Boromatt10/3 14:42Tue Mar 10 14:42:17 2020

Just been reading on twitter that the EFL are considering using a “Super Computer” to predict the remaining games of the season, due to the Coronavirus. Games are predicted on recent form and statistics from each side.

If this actually took place, we’d be doomed??

Imagine the EFL decide the league will start from scratch in August. Everyone must revert back to their original squads, managers and coaches.

Does it pay wages too
Does it simulate crowd trouble and fine clubs
Will it make FA disciplinary decisions
Will Macclesfield be kicked out if the league

Can see the learned Gentlemen of the Law Society making a few bob if the EFL go down that route.

No. Pete Townshend. Although for some reason he doesn’t have Gary Glitter status and can carry on as if nothing really happened.

The Acorn Electron had the true retro style. Proper cassette tape clunk and vide-printer asterisks.

If I had a choice of watching our final results this season (based on recent form) on the pitch or through an old JVC TV set plugged into an Acorn Electron - I think the latter is marginally edging it.

If only to see that Kenny Sansom had scored again.
