Crowd Limits ?

If this applies to all clubs both at EFL & NL for us max circa 1200.
If there are any proposals to have different % based on club this could be legal minefield.Restaint of trade cited etc.

Given that the Govt have this lunchtime paused the next wave of easing, including the trialling of limited spectator events, we could very quickly see the season start date being pushed back if clubs insist (very sensibly) on not starting without fans in the ground.

And then we're back to the situation of any club relegated from League 2 not having a confirmed 20/21 season to start in non league

The number of seats will be the key factor as they will be able to control adhering to social distancing far easier.

Perhaps.
But because of this means there will by definitations be different percentages per club.
We will be alright as we 5000ish seats but others will not.
Not sure if there is going to be any central fund from FA etc .But if there is this will need to be shared to "compensate" clubs based on this
As I say a minefield. ?

I think if it's a fixed percentage then I don't think it can't be argued about too much. It would be different if it was one club can have 25% but another can only have 20%.

Fixed % of the ground capacity I assume,
I bet Sunderland will be please with getting 15% of 49,0000, 7,350.
Realise it will not affect most but clubs but there will be moans.

Can see games starting with home fans only, in seated areas with Social Distancing.

They could easily you road marker spray to paint numbered squares on the ET, that will wash off easily enough.

You simply pay for a numbered square, which you can share with those in your household or bubble.

You could even tape the boxes using the crush barriers but that would probably be against elfin safety...

You'd get another 3-400 in easily. It all counts.

Thermo plastic markings would be viable, easy to do and won’t wash away like spray paint. Would quickly pay for itself too. Once social distancing is out the window it won’t hurt anyone by being there still either.
