The next promotion that Burger King should do to help the club.. is offer a discount or a free burger if you wear a Stevenage shirt in one of their restaurants anywhere around the world.. This would make shirt sales go through the roof..... worldwide!

Maybe the club should suggest it to them?

They are sort of doing that anyway with their new campaign involving forcing your child to pay for and eat 15 burgers in one sitting in order to get a free shirt. I read about it in Marketing Monthly

Fascinating fact. I worked for Miami for six weeks back in 2014 and my hotel was 100 yards from a Burger King HQ. Nothing glamorous or high rise in downtown - their HQ is opposite the airport on a non descript road. Fascinating I know

If Alex hasn't sent him a shirt and free ifollow pass yet he's not doing his job.

I fully expect Hedgie and Deano to give him a mention pre kick-off.

Bloke's a twat but no publicity is bad publicity.

I kept driving up to fans wearing the shirt and shouting orders at them. It mostly worked, tbf.

I stopped having a problem with it when BK paid me loads of money to use my song on the advert.

It does look shit on the shirt though.

The script in the advert used the lyrics from the trophy final song I did for the Barrow game.

Think the club mentioned this at the S.A. Meeting last season, got to adapt to survive.

Think fire, the wheel and colour television. Some are always going to moan about changes, good and bad.

Yes, anything to help pay the bills when you're a small club. We could be sponsored by a 'Dry nights' company!
