Sums the situation up perfectly I think. I don’t like seeing some of the more aggressive comments being posted towards Revs. He comes across as a top bloke who wants the best for the club but something just isn’t working. Our league status is too important to gamble for too much longer with.
We keep doing the same thing and expecting different results when it comes to appointing managers. I think the time has come for a clean broom through the backroom staff and the managerial advisor role being removed in favour of a proper assistant to the manager.
If Revs carries on he has my full support but I just can’t see anything changing for the better sadly.

He does care, he is doing his best, he just isn't good enough by the looks of it and is being let down by his backroom. Except Keef, they always look top notch when the come out pre match. What's are always nice and white, the red hasn't run and all the socks match.

Question is, how much does Wallace value League football?
If he wants to retain our status, he has to act now and spend money on the management squad and at least a couple of players in January.
