Looks like the last role of the dice for Southend. Following the Phil Wallace method

Has it been confirmed?

Southend were looking like they could do a great escape anyway, and Moseley was doing a good job with what he had to work with.

I would say I hope they go down now but I like the trip to Southend.

Let's just say I do not approve.

It was a hospital pass of an appointment but I guess Molesley knew that when he accepted it. I think the fans understood and were still with him. I suspect he will do well in his next job, assuming he gets the opportunity.
Personally I hope the Orange One takes them into the Nationwide, though Colchester seem determined to make a fight of it. Enjoyable to watch from a safe distance.

6 games to go, taking a probable relegation hit on your CV. He must really love money Southend.

He spent a few years there before. Reminds me a lot of Westleys relationship with Boro, been successful before but divides the fans. (My Mrs entire family are Southend supporters)

Worked for Wallace and Westley the first couple of times and I think they are bang out of ideas. Only a week ago Ron Martin was saying no point in changing the manager. They have 2 cup finals against Col U & Barrow so I’m guessing they are looking for a new manager bounce.

Be good if Scunthorpe didn’t lose as well.
