Cambridge statement on last night...
Id imagine we might put something similar out at some point ad things were being thrown both ways.
Cambridge United is deeply disappointed by the disgraceful behaviour of a minority of its supporters at last night?s EFL League One fixture at Stevenage FC...
They do not represent who we are as a Club and we are taking the issue very seriously. Unacceptable conduct was witnessed by both sets of supporters and the Club is already working with the Police to identify those involved from Cambridge United. We will not tolerate this sort of behaviour and will sanction those responsible accordingly. Any supporters who are able to assist with this process should email info@cambridgeunited.com.
As a Club we pride ourselves on being a family and community focused organisation which helps contribute towards providing a safe environment in which to watch live football. The support the team has received this season has been exceptional. Any individuals who threaten to jeopardise this will be issued suitable bans inline with our Supporter Sanction Policy. We do not want them as part of our football Club.
In addition, the Club is aware of multiple safety matters which arose last night within the stadium and is working in conjunction with Cambridge United Supporters Pannel (CUSP) to collate information which in turn will be shared with the relevant authorities.

Stevenage Statement

Stevenage Football Club condemns the conduct of a minority of fans at Tuesday evening?s fixture vs Cambridge United at The Lamex Stadium...
We are particularly disappointed that smoke bombs were smuggled into the stadium by Cambridge fans, despite a full body search and bag search of adults entering the stadium.
The yellow smoke bomb thrown onto the pitch by a Cambridge supporter towards the end of the game is especially disappointing. Fortunately, there were no players or officials nearby and the stewards were especially quick to remove it from the pitch so play could resume.
The Club?s safety team are conducting a full investigation and are working with the police to identify any perpetrators involved.
The Club will act swiftly and to its full powers to ban and prosecute individuals who break ground regulations and commit anti-social behaviour.

No mention of the EAST TERRACE FREEDOM FIGHTER?? Sergeant Proghozin of the Hold Me Back Special Op?s. A good man who gave himself up rather than be senselessly slaughtered by the Yellow Flares Firm

I can't. Been meaning to see a doctor for a out 4 years now. Used to never have my mouth open to breath but now can never breath properly through my nose. All year round. Worse at night. Really affects my running as breathing through your mouth is a much colder and harsher air intake.

Guessing it'll be complaints about being locked in afterwards, being overcrowded in some sections, being roughly handled by stewards, that kind of thing.
All likely nonsense. Everything is on HD CCTV.
