Who is actually going to be making the decisions this summer?
If it's Revs, is there not a possible conflict of interest if he later goes on to join Evans at Rotherham?
He's a good bloke and not suggesting that he'd do anything to hurt the club, but could put him, and us, in a tricky situation if Evans wants to take any players with him.

Contracts run until 30th June come what may so there should be enough time for an incoming manager to decide.

Possibly new manager will have a good idea of our current squad anyway eg if Ainsworth been around LG1 football for long time.

I guess I'm assuming we won't make an appointment for a good few weeks, at which point all the players will be off on holiday and the new manager won't actually get a chance to see them play a competitive game.

They will probably be watching next two games plus as previously mentioned have a good idea of our current players and how they want to proceed.They won't just come in blind.
