Phil having played the whole season without interruption could probably do with a break. I know he has had a couple of poor performances recently but you don't become a bad keeper over night and if he is being dropped purely for 2 bad games that would be very disappointing . Let see how this guy preforms as we don't have a great track record in bringing in new keepers mid season. A stand in central defender to help out Matt D during Ethan's absence would have seemed a better call but lets see what happens. Not sure it will be much of a test for him on Tuesday night.
