Mmmm 6 goals leaked in 2 games. Not impressive. We played poorly and were perhaps fortunate to gain a point. I can only remember us having 2 shots on target in the first half both in a minute and both went in. Our shape for half an hour was poor, Kevin James wore the 7 shirt but seemed to have licence to roam often giving us 4 central midfielders and no width. Murrell Williamson is perhaps starting to show reasons why Hayes let him out on loan with another relatively anonymous performance

IMO we need a steady firm base at the back, pick the best 2 centre halves and play them Drage and Pinnock for me and then get full backs in position rather than converting others to play there. Are we playing narrow or wide, with a no 10 or 2 strikers, a big man (Erskine Willock) or a small man (Penny McDonald) up top or one of each?

Many things to solve and it looks tough. Carew and Waldren are getting a bit of flak, i always think Ash needs to move the ball quicker and Waldrens CV is currently better than his performances

We have the players, we now need the belief and heart

Can't argue with any of that Ian pretty much sums things up as to where we are at the moment. There has always been talk in the past of a Plan B if our passing game is not breaking teams down and I am still not 100% sure we have one. It will be interesting to see if Harry Ottaway starts knocking them in for Enfield as he would have given us a bit of a plan B. See he has scored once and had 2 assists in 4 games admittedly his goal was against Farnborough.
