Right lets go crazy and see if we can start a thread about football!
Woeful performance from 60 minutes when Tomlin needlessly got himself sent off
Up till then we were in control without looking impressive
Nathan Green got ours with a deflection and Teniola spurned chances again hitting the wood work. I believe he's done that in every game now . They equalised fr M the spot after another rash challenge from Chambers. Not much else to say on the game but if I'd types this last night it would have been a lot worse
Some tough views here but for me
Preston Edwards doesn't instill confidence and doesn't make enough game changing saves (please don't mention Bognor I said enough)
Nathan Green - great going forward looks average defending
Michael Chambers - what happened?
Roman - loads of threat but no goals and few assists
Ash Carew - you know my thoughts
Let's have Clunis on the right and get Teniola fit enough for 90
Everyone knows performances aren't good enough. 10 league games should tell if players want it enough. I think a fair few have 2 games to prove it

Will it be a one game ban for Tomlin?

I'm fleeing here from the nonsense on Urban75. A thread about actual football is very appealing!
For me, the problem doesn't actually seem to be a lack of effort from the players. If it was then you could say let's just bring in hungrier players. Whatever the problem is must be more systemic. Do the players actually understand what is being asked of them?
And Tomlin needs a bollocking for getting sent off last night. Utterly pointless.

Edwards,Ming,Chambers, Carew, Clunis, Drage, Percil, Carr have all been at the club before or are in their second consecutive season. It shouldnt be an issue with what is being asked of them as we dont really change the way we play (maybe a problem)
Players not following out of choice or ability is something else
I agree Tomlin was an idiot and i think the bench told him so as he left the pitch
Serious stuff for Gavin to address here. I dont think the players arent trying but they certainly arent delivering

agree about Tomlin, disappointing for the most experienced man on the pitch to pick up such a stupid sending off. I'd like to see some of the younger lads like Dereece given a chance to step up, at least there is some excitement in seeing young players with potential - at the moment there is little else to entertain.
On the bright side, maybe a bad start to the season will replace this seasons January slump.

Dereece currently on loan at Whyteleafe.
Cunningham is another surely worth a run

You'd think so.
Any word on how Dereece is doing from your whyteleaf contacts?

Have to agree with everything that's been said so far, Tomlin should know better. Will be a one game ban.
Surprised to see a Clunis on the bench really after being mainly played out of position this season. Daniels disappointed me last night too he has been better than that.
Roman for me would make more impact from the bench.
Wouldn't complain about like of effort last night but don't think Beaney & Carew make a good pair in the middle both to slow across the ground and moving the ball on.

Think Dereece has only played once so far. Missed the cup, guess we didn't want to cup tie him, ha ha. He wasn't in the 16 on Monday
