The commercial approach
Now that we are back at an overcrowded Champion Hill, is it not time to review our concession pricing ?
I propose that all blanket ''blue light'' and local authority worker concessions on the gate are removed forthwith, unless the individual concerned is also receiving some other form of benefit.
All season ticket concessions for such workers should also be removed, upon renewal.
No pensioner discount should be received, by anyone who is receiving a final salary pension, whether on the day , or upon the renewal of their season ticket.
A mansion tax levy of 10% should be paid on all those owning a property worth £1million or more, and a poverty tax deduction of 10% of those living in private rented accommodation.
In addition the club should out franchise a porta loo provision, for those willing to pay, provide that they provide free units for women, the elderly, and the disabled.
