12th Man Signings

Pleased to confirm the 12th man scheme will be funding the signings of Laurent Hamici and Marlon Patterson.
The club budget wasn't quite enough for the squad Gavin wanted, so we stepped in to fund those two players and ensure he didn't have to release them before the season gets underway.
As always a big thank you to everyone that has contributed.

When I read about things like this being confirmed [as it was before your post, in the SLoP this morning ;-)] it makes the few shekels I contribute, along with many other fans, extremely rewarding.

Yes it seems SLoP have a direct line into Gavin more effective than ours! ;-)
I was waiting for confirmation that the players had signed before announcing it.

It does make things worthwhile when you see signings like these. Although the entire scheme is and always will be valid, from keeping a promising youngster on a small contract to ensuring essential cover to an injured player.
