That's just about the worst draw we could have had. A boring fixture against a team no one gets excited about, and they're unbeaten at home and have been a massive bogey side for us in the past decade. On the positive side we beat them on the own ground in the #same competition ten seasons ago, 4-3 when Kevin Cooper scored one of the most spectacular hat-tricks I've ever seen.
As for the Maidstone game, it's amazing how the League invites clubs to postpone games ahead of FA Cup ties when they don't even have a game to play, then insist that postponed games have to be rearranged for the earliest possible date only a few days later, giving supporters minimal notice. At least this one won't be subject to interference from cup replays, as any Maidstone replay with Stevenage would be the midweek after.
Kingstonian went out of the Trophy on Saturday, so if we lose to Not Police at least we still have a league fixture for the date of the following round.

I must admit to being surprised the Maidstone game was pencilled in so quickly, three days after an FA Cup tie at Stevenage and three before an FA Trophy tie. The League rules say that a game has be to rearranged within FORTY days not four!
