Used to play for Croydon Athletic as well where i saw him a few times. Set piece specialist and used to score a ton of goals from free kicks. Guessing he didnt want conference football as hes only 26

Bromley have changed their training to 3 mornings a week I believe, so maybe this didn't fit with his life...

Sounds like Bromley may have offered non-contract terms with the likelihood of reduced game time at the higher level. He's clearly played a big part in making them the best side in Conference South over the past few seasons, judging by supporters' comments:

A real coup to get a player with his experience and track record of success. I'm sure a few clubs in Conference South would have been interested. How many other clubs in our league would have landed a player like this?
