London Senior Cup

We’re away to Corinthian Casuals in the London Senior Cup on Tuesday evening. I think it is a tie we should take seriously. It’s our last cup competition I believe and what with playoffs looking unlikely, but survival probable, we should try to win as many of these cup games as we can.
The best incentive is that if we win, in the next round we will be at home to Brentford B. Whilst we would be unlikely to get past them, I’m sure it would certainly draw some numbers attendance wise.
As for Corinthians, they play in the Isthmian Premier and are currently like ourselves, lying in 11th place. They have 32 points from 22 whilst we have 35 from 24. They are 9 points off of the playoffs but don’t really have any games in hand.
Their last 10 games have seen them win 5, draw 4 and lose 1 so they are in pretty decent form.
I expect a close game. I’m gonna say it’ll be penalties.
