Joining a stable club in terms of managers should work will for Berry. He will only be our 5th manager this millennium. He will be given time. Another season and perhaps promotion at Egham would of course look good but he will obviously feel like and be confident that he can do a similar job with Harrow and reach the upper part of the Isthmian South Central.

I imagine he may have been chosen over some other candidates because as a young manager, he may not cost a lot in terms of wages himself. That in itself might allow him to spend more on players.
