Farnham Town (promoited to the Southern League Premier South)
Uxbridge (promoted to the Southern League Premier South)
Rayners Lane (transferred to the Southern League Central)
Ashford Town Middlesex (relegated to the Combined Counties Premier North)
Guernsey FC (relegated to the Southern Combination Premier)
Sutton Common Rovers (relegated to the Combined Counties Premier South)
Badshot Lea (relegated to the Combined Counties Premier South)

Joining are:

AFC Portchester (Wessex League Premier champions)
Bedfont Sports (Combined Counties Premier North)
Bognor Regis Town (relegated from the Isthmian Premier)
Egham Town (Combined Counties Premier North)
Fareham Town (Wessex League Premier)
Hendon (relegated from the Isthmian Premier)
Littlehampton Town (transferred from the Isthmian South East)

Also, should Cobham or Fleet Town win promotion from the delayed Combined Counties Premier South play offs, they will be placed in our division and South Park transfer to the South East Division.
