Saturdays here at Last and lm so Looking forward to our vital match with Chesham at Earlsmead at 3pm.
The big question at close of play today how close will we be to Kings Langley in 5th.The general consensus on the forum will be just 5 points behind.Then its all to play for with Kings Langley very tough trip to Taunton next Saturday.
But first we need to beat Chesham.One of their fans kindly came on the forum to say they are on an impressive run of form.That maybe so but they have Nothing to play for this afternoon and we have Everything namely for 5th of course.
People can say this is Mind Games if they wish but if we go a Goal up are they really going to risk going in hard for the ball in a game that matters so Little to them.
Because today will be Like Gosport l believe when we make it a battle in midfield and show a fierce determination to win.We wont Leave that field without those 3 Points.
So we need to start well in their faces get some challenges early doors as they say and yes from the first corner give a robust challange for the ball with their keeper Let him know hes in a contest too.
Things not to do are short free kicks or corners pointless or playing possesion short passes in our half where you can Lose the ball in a bad area.If any player or coach is reading this please refer to the 3rd Goal we Lost against Swindon Supermarine on you tube in January and you will see what l mean.
We need to hit the channels good crosses good free kicks and Lets get those 3 vital points.Come On You Reds!
