I mentioned the 4 players l personally would release l will stress again thats my personal Opinion only.
The club have a Scout who l met on half way once who recommends players and if hes reading this these are the areas needing improving.lm giving 7 examples.
Im not suggesting names thats not my job but lm going to give the attributes required.
1 A Player who can take Long throw.If hes an average player no worries put him in midfield and he will be a ball winner.Vital at this Level to have such a player.
2 A New Goalkeeper who can command the area better deal with corners better be prepared to dig into others if they arent defending well enough.
3 A Midfielder who can get 10 goals plus a season.The present output just not good enough.
4 A Specialist Dead ball taker who you can rely to deliver quality balls from free kicks and corners.
5 A Winger who can take players on and produce Accurate crosses.
6 A Centre Forward not afraid to put himself about a bit and knows where the goal is.
7 A Leader.Someone not afraid to get stuck into the players and demand more.
