Just to make it clear Air Horns are banned according to this Ground Regulation Paragraph 9 but there is no Provision about Drums or Musical Instruments being banned from the ground which to me is a Glaring Ommision from the Ground Regulations.

I think you are old enough to remember Good old Charlie Gilliard, one of a handful that kept the club going in the late 60's, he used to blast his bugle after every goal etc. If it was good enough for him then , why change now.
In well over 40 years of following Boro I can't think of single incident that would cause a "ban "to be introduced, why would one be needed.
In the 80's Aylesbury used to have a full band on the terraces!

It was good with Charles after we scored l remeber he played the horn but lm sorry. to have someone bangging a drum a Lot during the game would be highly irritating and not to mention the Local residents may complain.
