First of all it was great to meet fellow forum member Cappers over here for a brief stay from Kazakhstan where he Lives.
A Pleasure to Meet You Cappers!
Also l agree with Dave Town Colours who at the end said a point gained.Agreed!
As for the match we played a sort of 3-5-2 which worked pretty well we were getting the balls in good areas good crosses and stopping Poole dictating the play.
So excellent Overall a good template to use in future matches.
Team Selection Good l would have started with O'Connor instead of Chime but thats Steves Job to pick the
team.
Most of all we showed real determination and on a another day would have got all the 3points.
Man of the Match easy as Alan Middlesex Wanderer said Shaun Preddie Just Outstanding.
I think l will call him The Rock in Future as the Opposistion dont get past him.
So well Done Shaun.
Same again Next Saturday in terms of effort and lm sure we will have enough to beat Chesham.
Come on You Reds!!!!

Sean had probably his best ever game for us Saturday. He is prone to errors but when playing alongside Ben Tricker he seems to be more positive in clearing the ball. In fact the whole defence seems better organised with BT playing. Coupled with Luca playing the defence looks sound. Looking forward Tuesday - I am hoping we play a full strength side within reason. A few years since we played them so hopefully the team realise this is a difficult fixture. They must ensure they give a good account of themselves. The opposition are doing amazingly well - so fair play to them - being top of the league. Will be interesting to see what sort of side they put out.
