As for your £100 a month to the playing budget, I’m sure they would bite your hand off!

All they have to do is ask.
Number of emails received from the club last season as a season ticket holder and member, bar AGM details..

Monthly newsletter to members and current / former season ticket holders updating events at the club and playing side updates would be an idea.
Highlight the good stuff at the club.
I stumbled across the pitch having work done on it on Instagram yesterday.
Pitch was superb last season. One of the best surfaces in the league.
