........and just to make the point about money, look at the top & bottom of the National League - at the top they are all well supported ex-EFL clubs with adequate resources and big crowds and, at the bottom, all four in the relegation places are modestly supported clubs who've never achieved that status.

Maybe the problem for the Borough is simply money - without it the manager, whoever it is, will struggle to attract the higher quality players needed for success.
The question is how can the budget be increased ? It is hardly reasonable for the supporters to expect their football to be funded by a few very generous benefactors while they crave better performances and results.

What's the answer ? Sponsorship by Harrow council perhaps (?) or a deal with an outside organisation perhaps.
Saudi Arabia probably wouldn't be interested !
