Is it time to have a change? I've backed Steve during his tenure, he's done well on the limited budget we have but 2017 was pretty awful for Boro. Relegation, some really bad form. The season started very promisingly but we have been pretty poor since our defeat at Hendon. Perhaps a change of manager would give the club a little boost as it does for a lot of teams when they change manager. The problem is we will always have to hire a manager who is happy to work with a small budget and find willing players. I'm sure there would be a lot of applicants but is anyone actually capable of doing better? Perhaps so because the team aren't playing up to their potential., we have some good players, Bryan, Banya, Moss, Kabba, Cumberbatch and Preddie but they don't seem to play well collectively at the moment. If we have a poor January, I can't see Baker lasting despite our club being loyal to managers.
