Banbury out, Wimborne in

Our mileage for next season has just increased. Due to Shaw Lane resigning, Banbury move to the Midlands division and Wimborne get promoted and take their place. Banbury was a nice easy trip up the M40 or up the Chiltern line by train. Wimborne is a bit trickier to get to if going by train as it doesn't have a station. Train to Poole and then bus from there to Wimborne. Although not good for us, it's a good thing in general for most teams as Banbury were way out on their own in North Oxfordshire and this change means a lot less travel for all the south west based clubs. Also Banbury were supposed to have been fairly good last season. Hopefully Wimborne won't be as good.

Just read that Banbury are appealing and so are Hednesford who have been moved from the Central to Northern league.
