Does anyone know if King's Langley want or would accept promotion ?

Their ground may need uprating, which could be costly.

If Harrow Borough can't afford promotion then maybe others (eg. Met Police ?) are in a similar position ?

Never mind, a place in the playoffs would be exciting - and the Borough could be back in the Isthmian league next season anyway, perhaps along with Hendon.
