First of all Hartley Witney were the better team and adapted to the conditions better.Also l would Like to thank Micheal Bryan who was injured and not playing for coming over and having a chat with me and Bruce the photographer at Half Time.Knowledgeable guy about the game and top fella to talk with.Being Irish Like myself!As for the game it was very tough the 3 goals we were soft.The first we failed to clear and Lack of pressure to win second ball resulted in a goal.The 2nd too much room for a cross to come in and too easy a finish and the 3rd basic set piece corner we didnt defend well enough.Its not an easy place to go with a bumpy pitch and really hum drum facilities and some of their so called fans Leave a Lot to be desired l just think their centre backs had it too easy today weve go to give them a dig to Let them know they are in a contest.Also it was tough with the wind we had 2 corners both went of play and a cross in a dangerous place wildy overhit and yet its a shrug of the shoulder.Thats not good enough someone on the pitch has got to shake his fist and demand better.When your challenging for promotion better is expected.7 games to go and they are all winnable.Poole have got a 4 point cushion but that was more to do with Merthyr distracted by the Rugby.Poole are going to bottle it and Kings Langley arent good enough.lm still backing us for 5th So Come On You Reds!
