I'd imagine the BetVictor compiler, when told he'd have to go up first with the odds on all the Step Three divisions, reacted in the way Diane Abbott should react, if she's ever appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer. (Of course, she wouldn't react in the way a normal person whould react in that situation. Anyone who can shamelessly choose "The History of Jamaica" as their specialist subject on Celebrity Mastermind and not bat an eyelid in embarrassment when reinforcing the "plastic blackie" stereotype with a score of two - one of which was awarded through John Humphrys being sympathetic and generous - cannot be embarrassed by their ignorance.)
The poor sod will know the square sum of shag all about this division. It seems Salisbury were put in longer at the initial quote. It didn't take Mystic Meg to see that Weymouth were a great bet at 11/2 last July, but they seemed stable at the time. Salisbury seem about as stable as the average post-war Italian government. Just over 140% the book, so not giving a lot away.
