Anderson Out?

As soon as we are mathematically safe (or if). Should we then look to next season. Anderson's record against teams below us is so poor that it has to our tactics. We are a decent counter attacking side against the better sides, but totally clueless when we have to take the game to the opponents.

I'm sick and tired of losing to Wingate. They're utter dross but yet we lose to them every time we play them. With regards to Anderson, I guess it depends on how high the club is setting its sights. If you take away our "glory" season a few years ago, we aren't really any different to how we were under Howell. A struggling bottom half Ryman Premier team that manages to do enough each season to stay up. If the club want to push on and are even serious about trying to get in to the Conference South then yes, a change of management is probably required but realisticaly, we are a club with very few fans and have been at this level for god knows how many years predominantly as a struggling club so where do we go from here? I have no idea what our budget is but to be honest I'm just grateful we are in the Ryman Premier.

a bad result, made to look worse with the fact wingate were down to 10 men, but having read the match report, we seemed to have a lot of chances that we didn't take. is that down to management or poor finishing from the players?

was no there but agree we are a small club with prob the lowest attendance in the league, the management are the same who showed that we can play well in the 2 wins before the wealdstone game.

That's quite true, we usually play well when we can counter attack against the better footballing sides. Our three games Dulwich & both against Maidstone were excellent football matches, we won two drew one lost two. They are the kind of matches you can enjoy. We have had some awful games against the lower sides , even when beating Leiston & Carshalton, they are the type of matches nobody wants to watch. If we lose while making the opponents goalkeeper work hard that is fine , but we very rarely do.
