Team Lineup:

1 Danzelle St Louis-Hamilton

5 Michael Peacock
6 Anthony Maissiat
7 Shaun Lucien
8 Ola Williams
9 Lewis Driver
10 Stephen Butterworth
11 Simeon Akinola

Nice to see a very familiar squad, with not too many trialists.

Those that are unfamiliar to us:

Danzelle St Louis-Hamilton: Youngster at Stoke and had spells with Fleetwood Town, Vauxhall Motors, Bristol Rovers, Darlington, AFC Telford United and Chelmsford City. www.thenonleaguefootballpaper.com/latest-news/conference-south-step-two/4278/new-stopper-at-chelmsford-city/

Francis Otira: Seems to be ex Boreham Wood and possibly played college football in the states.

Ben Long: Ex Barnet and Hearts youth player, played in Iceland and since England for clubs such as Wealdstone, Braintree, Kettering and Corby Town. England 6 a side captain too www.ukminifootball.co.uk/Ben-Long-Interview.aspx

Michael O'Keeffe: Looks like a NZ goalkeeper who played in the London Olympics. Was training with Hayes and Yeading last season after a spell in the US. www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/babb-tracking-keeper-who-took-6161513

Good to see that most of the squad are still there. Disappointed there are not any new full backs involved. Think the goalkeeping position needs more work !! But as it was the first friendly there plenty of positives

have to remember, Wealdstone played at least two friendlies before this one so should be ahead of us in terms of fitness and match practice.

DA waiting to assess goalkeepers that become available on loan I believe.
